COLD WAR HEROES by Tom Johnson The merry misfits of the 202nd Military Police Company in France have their priorities straight - drinking French cognac and chasing French women. A book in the tradition of MASH, At War With The Army, No Time For Sergeants, Beetle Bailey, and Sad Sack.
A troop of misfit MP's are stationed in a forgotten are of France in the early 1960's. Without much supervision, they caper around drinking too much and chasing the local women. There's a boxing angle, too, and some black marketeering.
Light, but enjoyable.
